Thing for me, have you noticed how draconian New Zealand, Australia, Canada and UK have been? Wonder what they have in common? Any time you hire in a specific demographic, you are ushering in a huge likelihood of the race card being pulled and litigation. It's why it's so difficult to terminate one even with cause. When you can fire with cause, the amount of hoops you must jump through in order to get this done are quite large due to the company knowing the person is going to cry "Racism."
