Keep and eye on Hawaii. That state alone uses around 25% or more of that oil because they use the oil to generate electricity. They tried to get some from Alaska, but see the Jones Act. Things there could be fubar real soon.
The Jones Act needs to be either completely redone or just killed. The USA isn't even in the top dozen or so in shipping capacity among major maritime powers. We have, I'm guessing here, around 200ish transport ships. That's a damn joke.
