A post in the last couple pages had included comments made by Michael Eric Dyson...I believe few people frequently on cable news are as vile as Dyson, I saw this and it cracked me up on how pathetic it is.

What happened to Emmett Till was as evil as evil gets...that story shouldn't die. I certainly have no issue with people that want to make sure that ugliness of our nation's past is told and never forgotten, but imagine a race hustler...a self promoter...a silly little narcissist that goes there and makes a video reading from his own book. It continually amazes me the lack of self-awareness so many people have...

Confront the right with legal proceedings for January 6, 2021 and they say they’ll never serve jail time because they have blonde hair and white skin.

For basically trespassing. What are those Capitol Police doing on either side of that doorway by the way? They really look like they're fearing for their lives. Looks like they are standing by allowing people to wander in. Is she standing by the million dollars worth of damage?

"Why did the OSHA inspector choose my business?"

There are four types of compliance inspections each conducted for a different reason:

  • The Complaint Inspection -- occurs after an employee files a formal complaint with OSHA. This is the most common type of inspection.
  • The Fatality/Accidents Inspection -- occurs after OSHA receives notice from the employer of a workplace fatality or an accident resulting in the hospitalization of three or more employees. OSHA also takes notice of media reports, and will frequently investigate accidents that do not result in any fatalities or hospitalizations.
  • The Programmed Inspection -- an inspection conducted of randomly chosen workplaces determined to be engaged in particularly hazardous types of work according to their Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Codes.
  • The Imminent Danger Inspection -- occurs when OSHA receives a report that a condition of imminent danger exists at a workplace. This is the least common type of inspection.
When an OSHA inspector attempts to enter an employer's facility to conduct an inspection, the employer should ask the inspector what caused the visit. After determining the type of the inspection, the employer can better decide whether to grant the inspector access to the worksite.

I can see "The Programmed Inspection" definition suddenly changing to allow unfettered access to all businesses. either that or all businesses will be "Assumed" to be "engaged in particularly hazardous types of work" until proven otherwise.

All in all, it seems to me OSHA doesn't have a legal standing to just randomly inspect any business without due cause.

Just last week we had an OSHA inspector stop at one of our restaurant projects up in Wisconsin. He was driving down the road and noticed the two men in the lift doing exterior work weren't harnessed. He stopped and issued the Subcontractor doing the work a $25K fine. yes, $25,000. (they will of course challenge it and get it reduced) however he talked to our Construction Manager and basically said he was obligated to stop because he witnessed the infraction. He said he's not out to get us and had no interest in going any further or entering the building. He said unless somebody filed a complaint, he really can't.

The challenge may be for OSHA to prove that covid is a workplace hazard, and whether or not they can pony up sufficient stats to support their claim. The 100 employee line is also without merit and one of the more arbitrary guidelines set since this mess started. A company that has 99 employees stationed in one office is exempt.....one that has 100 employees across 3 buildings isn't. The magic covid bar is always moving.

If this doesn't get shot down, it opens the door for even more stringent mandates across the board, such as the one the idiots in San Fran implemented for kids.

Where all my Russian collusion truthers at? Say yeeeeaaaahhhhhh

I do wonder if any feel played. I mean, I doubt it but you’d think maybe they would after falling for the biggest political con/coup of our lifetime.

Sad thing is, we already knew exactly what (and how) this happened/started. The information has always been there. Some just refused to acknowledge it.

People should be furious. Especially the ones that were played. Absolute disgrace by our media, UN-elected bureaucrats, and IC.

It’s never too late to take the red pill. You see people of all races doing just that - in record numbers.

Biden doesn't mean tweet. They will at least have that as they starve to death and die in their parents basement. Blissful slow death.
Biden doesn’t mean tweet because he can’t tweet and he doesn’t face a hostile media. It’s easy to act cool when you’re not in a fight.

Dems and media fall apart at the slightest push back so no one could deal with even 25% of the shit Trump had to deal with.

JMO, Dems are playing the long game right now in voting for these massive spending bills. They know they are going to get crushed next year and likely in 2024 (if they cannot get away with massive cheating again). Dem leadership is old and will soon to be set to pasture. They will not feel the ramifications from it. Appeases all their donors and lobbyists they owe massive favors to. Dems and Globalists have such a stronghold on everything Washington that losing now is a small blimp to the ultimate plan.

I'm unsure if he's trying to raise his profile...but this guy lost to matt mcgrath in a primary and he thinks he's going to beat rand paul? Lol.

Not to mention, we're currently in this current state of inflation and supply chain issues bc democrats pushed that massive spend bill in the spring labeled as "covid relief" and every one of this guys ideas involves dumping money on it.

He'll get to call everyone racist tho.
Do Dems have no one else for Kentucky so they just recycle McGrath and Booker for different seats in hopes they can at least get something for the money spent? 😂
