Seems we're living in a country where laws mean nothing...and little enforcement of them. Unless of course you're a middle class taxpayer...

On a related note...the Mrs is in Seattle for an extended visit. Babysitting g'kids this week...so she's home alone in a strange house in a strange neighborhood and a strange city...but she knows full well what a dumpster fire Seattle is. Told me on the phone the other day that an old van with some homeless people parked across the street for about two days. Scared her to death to say the least. They finally left (one guy...a neighbor I assume...finally went out and just stood there for an hour or two watching them and they drove off). But what she couldn't understand was that people are constantly taking walks, walking their dogs, etc and they would just walk on by like it didn't bother them (high end neighborhood...houses aren't that great...small/old...but expensive). Told her to remember where she was at. People are used to the homeless encampments all over the city...and probably many of the neighbors are bleeding heart lib/Dems who approve of it.

Contrary to the mainstream media (and the lib sycophants) narrative, Sen. Ron Johnson points out that an FDA approved C19 vax is NOT currently being used in the US!

Another sidenote from the Mrs while in Seattle. Her daughter's house is undergoing a lot of remodeling and one of the contractors told her that plywood is going for $200 a sheet. Don't know what kind, etc, but he also said that in Hawaii it was $40 less.

Manchin caving in to the progressives:

He caved days ago like I said, the rest of this was just for show. You can pretty much pinpoint the moment he caved by when msm stopped the attack on his daughter.

Ok but who designs and builds the computers that design and build the computers? More Computers? Who builds those computers? It can't go on into infinity like that.
Theoretically it could, if the AI becomes more intelligent each time a new generation of computers is built. hey, i used to think the dick tracy wristwatch was ridiculous fantasy. these past couple of years has taught me to rule out nothing. science fiction becomes less and less fiction every day.

Years ago I would talk with engineers, R&D, etc at a couple of companies in Atlanta's Technology Park. One was Nokia I believe. They were working on coming up with the cell phone. The 'dick tracy wristwatch' is what I would tell them.
Wish I had bought a ton of stock.
I remember their big, big concern was holding a cell phone to your ear....brain cancer/tumors.

A few days ago someone posted a video of him in the 80s. He was fos then too, but he was a great speaker.

But he it's just a stuttering problem, so we're told
What oil company did his grandpop work for? I have not heard of Merylcanl Oil Company. But I was not around at the turn of the century in 1920. What a dufus

My grandpop worked there. Said he remembers Joe's grandpop. Said he was a worthless piece of shit just like his grandson and his great great grandson.

Reason you don't hear about Merylcanl Oil is because Joe's grandpop sold it out to the Chinese

So it looks like NASA is about to do something. What could possibly go wrong?

  • NASA's mission to deflect an asteroid using a spacecraft is targeting a late November launch
  • The DART spacecraft will head towards the Didymos binary on November 24 aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket
  • It will smash into Didymoon at roughly 13,500mph on October 2, 2022
  • Didymoon came close to Earth in 2003, coming within 3.7 million miles
  • According to NASA, over 25,000 near-Earth objects have been discovered
Known as the Double Asteroid Redirection Test (DART) mission, the U.S. space agency will send the DART spacecraft to a pair of asteroids - the Didymos binary - at 1:20 a.m. EST on November 24 aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

DART will smash in one of the two asteroids, known as Didymoon, at roughly 13,500mph on October 2, 2022.

In doing so, it will change the speed of Didymoon a fraction of a percent, but it will be enough so NASA can measure its altered orbit.
