That was from a WSJ article written by Karl Rove in 2014, which a simple Google search will reveal. Likely, the article (or the text of the article) was sent by or to Podesta, which means it would show up in the emails when searched. But that does not mean it reveals what Podesta believes. It certainly reveals what Rove believes.
Wikileaks has provided an incredible opportunity to actually search these emails, which means you can test whether the quoted is what Podesta wrote or something that was in his mailbox for another reason. But you didn't; you posted an image of text (what are we, animals?) without even the source of the image. At least post the Twitter account or blog or media outlet you stole it from next time. Or do the work yourself. You could be the one who blows the whole thing open, Moe Schmoe!

Can't wait for the same libs that have told us how foolish we are for not immediately accepting the media's guidance re.
