NFL Sunday Ticket?

So I have youtube tv and for the first time I subscribed to NFL Sunday Ticket, mostly so I could watch the Titans however, they are playing an exhibition now and it says my area is blocked! Does this mean I won't get to watch them all year or when they are playing in Tn or what?
