Ugh.... No they aren't. If you follow recruiting at all the entire country is using NIL to recruit now.
Ugh……no way man. The crack staff at the NCAA is completely in control and very much on top of this situation. If any other school was using NIL to attract players they’d be in the principal’s office getting a stern talking to as I type.
