Outstanding job, Mav. Keep it going. Temptation is always a major distraction.I've been on a health kick here lately...dropped 31 lbs the past 10 weeks (28 of it pure lard, as measured by the old bodyfat scale). Nothing weird. Lean meats and fish, fruits and vegetables, moderate portions, no sodas, no candy, no chips, and...NO FUN WHATSOEVER I MEAN EFF ME I'D MURDER A BUM FOR A DEEP-FRIED DOUBLE BBQ BACON CHEESEBURGER, LARGE FRIES, LARGE DEW NO ICE (TAKES UP DEW SPACE IN THE CUP, OBVIOUSLY) AND A BIG, THICK PIECE OF GERMAN CHOCO CAKE WITH A SIDE OF EXTRY ICING.
As it is though, I'm gonna have a plain, grilled chicken breast, salad, an apple, an orange, and a bottle of water.

Went to an “All-u-can-Eat” Sushi place Friday.
The sushi wasn’t Nobu quality (what is?), but decent. All types of groovy rolls, tempura, noodles, soups and desserts. They charge you for excessive over-ordering. Weird concept.
After 3 rolls and some sashimi, I felt like a seagull on a dock waiting for some fisherman to share some extra bait.
While I like sushi, I realized I don’t love it. And didn’t care to gorge myself on it.
Japanese flavor profile is my least favorite of all Asian cuisine.
