Maybe the ACC's Grant of Rights isn't "Bulletproof?"

For the past year, whenever a program had threatened to leave the ACC, the conference leaders have been screaming that the ACC Grant of Rights was "Ironclad and Unassailable."

But, in that year, most of the actions (Public or Legal) taken by the ACC would imply that they don't have the confidence that their Media Rights Agreement is unbreakable after all.

Now, it's come out that yesterday the ACC has offered to "Sell FSU's Media Rights back to the Seminoles." That a negotiated amount could be a mere fraction of what the GOR had claimed the price would be.
