they don't look so great now without 50 dam fouls
I'm on the road traveling can't watch the game. Is Loyola allowing them to dictate the pace of the game? Or are they playing their own style?
They shot their wad against UK...
Loyola has great teamwork and solid fundamentals. I believe there was at least five minutes off the clock before the first foul was called. No Jamie Luckie!
Well...K-State isn't raining 3's. Not the same team & that's exactly what I figured. Figured they'd play their best game against UK & they did.

Typical we were their championship. Time for a let down. Much like Wisconsin
We played like crap, refs called a crappy game, we missed 4 too many free throws.
We played like crap,were too cocky and Cal had a terrible game plan.
We froze and couldn’t make any flipping foul shots, I agree it’s embarrassing. Kansas st is terrible. We were due a bad game. Very frustrating.
Under estimating your opponent leads to strange results.
As soon as Knox made those remarks and Shai laughed along with it I had a bad feeling they thought it was going to be easy.
We blew it.. just like we blew it in ‘10, ‘14, ‘15.

Cal said he hopes his team doesn't drink the poison. Cal actually gave them the poison. By making them think they weren't substantially better than Kansas State and playing as such. This team is complete garbage.
Every team we played shot lights out from 3. K-State was horrid from 3 vs UMBC and today but not against us.
Not even close to the same lvl. Nobody really expected UK to beat Zona and Virginia. Did we blow an easy final 4, yes, but this team wasn't projected to go farther then the sweet 16
Loyola plays fundamental basketball, and they can shoot. We try to out jump and out run people, and can't shoot a lick.
The question was how did we lose to K-State.
We lost to a team that was without their best player, are offensively challenged and had 3 of their guys foul out. We had no business losing that game. Throw this in the bucket of games blown in the Cal era.
I hate to say it but Loyola, or whatever their name, is a better "team" than UK and KState; win or lose this game. UK would struggle against them as well.
Playing their style and winning easy as I figure they would. We would have beaten KState as well if we would have played our game instead of the idiotic plan of trying to take everything inside and playing at a snails pace.
You’re right. We had no business losing to K State. None. Bigger choke job than Stormy Daniels.
