Don't have a plan. Lift 2/3 days per week mixing bw standard and functional. Long cardio 3-4 days a week. Eat healthy about 70% of time. Have cocktails on Sunday evening.@anthonys735 all depends on your normal schedule. What’s your diet/meal planning wrt your workouts? Whey/casein already?

I personally don’t find bars or any other snack filling, and I end up just eating like 1000 calories by the time I’m done “snacking” and then I’m miserable.
