Good morning folks. We’re enjoying our trip to the mountains. We hit peak color driving up here and the reds and yellows were as vivid as we usually see in our trips to Vermont or North Carolina. I love this time of year.

We went to a small park yesterday called Swallow Falls. I’d never heard of it. But it turns out back in the early 1920s, the trio of Henry Ford, Thomas Edison and Firestone of Firestone tires would come there and ‘rough it’ for a while, fishing and camping and hiking. Man to have overheard those conversations…

Good morning from ATX. Currently 74°F and partly cloudy. Temperatures dropping throughout today until we reach 40°F tonight.

Tough loss to Vols last night. Ugh! Yeah, Leary played much better. 3 of next 4 games on the road. Next up: Miss State.

Heading out for a hike in a few. Need non-dairy creamer and grapefruit juice. Grocery store open at 6 am.
