Nah, no boy crush. It doesn't matter if it's Matt, a chick named Tabitha, or even Steven A Smith, I'd say the same things.
I don't like Steven A Smith, but at least my reasons are legit, not some made up garbage to hide jealousy.

I have no clue. Just the situation won't really allow for this to drag out.
He will either get the waiver and join team now or won't. School has already started so they can't really have it drag on any longer.
This. We are at a point where he will either play this semester or we won't see him until January.

MJ this morning says the situation has gotten worse since he made the original comments and also added that Z could end up another school (lolz). Of course he criticized everyone who posts here while doing so, like usual.
I hate when he does that stupid voice when he’s trying to make fun of his “haters”. He doesn’t understand how much of an ass it makes him sound.

I was right then and am right now. And yet the same nonsensical conversation is started every time I say anything, usually by folks that didn’t even listen to the initial comment. So no, I don’t mind making fun of the people who do it

Everyone here and on social media needs to realize this is YOUR mantra. It would save them a whole lot of anguish. However, to talk down to the people that have helped you reach the level you have attained with KSR is puzzling. Especially when you basically BEG your listeners to support EVERY thing you do.
This board has a bizarre mindset that anyone who brings bad news or points out a negative is a bad fan, miserable, kicks dogs and punches old women blah blah. I'm not involved in this in any way but I've certainly noticed the conversation police on here. You can only talk about approved topics or you hate Cal and Kentucky. You're just miserable Matt!
If he ends playing at another school, than this is a major fail from Kentucky and everybody involved
I am not talking down to the people who have helped us reach success. They aren’t the ones on here saying negative things about me. They admit they don’t listen (this they must also not support everything I do)

Just because someone is successful doesn’t mean they need to sit there and take it when less successful people criticize and insult them. It’s called being a man and standing up for yourself.
You most definitely “talk down” to the callers that aren’t sycophants like Ryan. Poor ole Bob from Jamestown catches your indignation almost every time he calls with something that may be interesting to everyone but you. And he’s just one of several.
I enjoy your show, but to act like you don’t get it wrong sometimes is hilarious. Heck, you posted it WRONG about Big Z more than once in the last week then backtracked. You just don’t like it when you are called out on it. But I do agree there are some here that don’t agree with you or even like you and this forum is for discussing differences in opinion.

Zvonimir Ivisic's ability to play basketball for John Calipari rests solely in the hands of the University of Kentucky admissions office.
He's referring to the people that get mad, no matter what he says, both pro and con. "Maayyutt, why did you say we was gonna be gewd this year, we suck. Got my hopes up." "Mayuutt, why are you so negative," when we won 9 games one season.
Some people aren't going to like anything you do or say no matter what, and I think Matt's eastern ky voice is in reference to those. I don’t agree with Matt on a lot of stuff, especially politics, but I can also put that aside and see when people are just being ridiculous towards him. Kinda like the people that never listen to the show, but still love to get on here and tell us why they don't like the show anymore, paraphrasing 3rd and 4th hand regurgitated false info that they read on here as for their reasons why.

Bad things happen to people all the time. He doesn’t need to keep up with his life. What he said was true to a lot of people. You talk down to a lot of callers.

I haven’t said one thing that isn’t the truth. I feel bad for all of the things Ryan has been through, but saying he is a “sycophant” for you is in NO WAY meant to be demeaning!!! It is just a prime example of his loyalty to you and the show. But everyone that listens is not going to be a “Ryan”. And that is the basis of most of your problem with those that disagree with you.

On your show, when you are making fun of someone that you think is uninformed or uneducated on a matter, why do you do an over-the-top stereotypical southern accent?
Isn't that just perpetuating the idea that people with these accents are just dumb know-nothings? Why is that your go-to schtick for insinuating someone is dumb and mocking them? Wouldn't you have an issue with someone like Goodman, or some other commentator doing that?
