I feel like this might do it folks. I know the buyout etc. but at some point either UK figures out the buyout or the noise gets too loud for Cal to stay. It's time for one of those things. I'll always think Cal was a great ambassador and brought us out of a dark time but it's ran it's course and I want it to end before his time here I'd completely tarnished. It's truly a sad night.

Hit them with the only thing they care about. Money. Stop going to games. Stop buying merchandise. Don’t donate a blood nickel to NIL. Stop going to autograph signings, to father/son camps, the women’s camp, everything. Stop participating. That is the only way it’ll change.

And they recruit to that system. Cal has admitted he has no system, he adjusts our playing style to the players he recruits. That has proven to not be sustainable. I have defended Cal all season, but this is ridiculous. We were not prepared and freelanced the entire night. Outside of Reeves, none of our guards wanted to shoot, we didn't attack offensively and our Bigs allowed smaller players to outrebound them. Oakland outhustled us and showed they wanted this game more than we did.
We are 1-4 in the last NCAA tournaments and that`s not acceptable, not here. Again, I have defended Cal all season, but it is time to reset and find a coach who will respect the name on the jersey and coach like it.

As usual Cal let's the fans down, the players down and the program down.

Some of us on here have taken hell for saying that the only way to save UK basketball is to starve the beast until Calipari is gone. We have been called everything under the sun and told we are not "true" fans. Well, we lost in the first round again to a fourteen seed.

So, are you ready now? How many years do you want to wait? How far down the program have to sink? It sucks. Bad. I don't like it, but I am afraid the nuclear option is the only option left unless Calipari retires after the game.

I’ve been saying this for 4 years. Many don’t listen some do. Cal lets a team dictate their game plan , especially in a tournament setting. No press, no tempo, no nothing, and Cal can’t coach a half court game. All we can hope for is that he leaves. He’s not capable anymore.
