Let the player have the first word. Andrew Carr actually opened the postgame interview and talked for nearly the first minute.

I heard the guys on the Door Bumper Clear podcast say the last 3 titles, all of which have been won by Penske drivers, have been 3 of the 4 worst average finishes in NASCAR history. Logano's average finish this year was 17.4 which is worst of all time. According to Jeff Gluck's poll after the race only 16% of the fans like this playoff format and I would venture to guess that most of those votes were the France family. No fans I know like it.
Yeah especially after a loss.Much better than watching a coach that mocks and belittles their players while yelling like a mad man on the sidelines lost in bewilderment.
He owned up to his posts all night. No problem not being sure and he’s 100% on the wagon now.Update?
Who cares. I only care what the fans think, including myself, Pope and these players. That's what matters. Not Cow.Wonder what ccc thinks about this win
You guys are very good, I’m finally happy we got a Win in this thing again. Definitely don’t wanna see you in March outside the final 4 that’s for sure.Everyone is pumped and ready for the season! Mostly waiting to see which players live up to their billing and hoping for no injuries. We already have Ngongba out and I’m hearing Khaman Maluach may have some kind of hand issue now. I don’t believe either of those two would have started early in the season as I think it may be Maliq Brown. Flagg and Kneuppel looked great in the exhibition game but the scrimmage against Arizona state will be a better barometer I think. I’m excited for our game against you guys! It’s typically always a good one. We have you, at Arizona and Kansas in Las Vegas all early in the season, then Auburn later. They should be tested well.
Clutch!
We’ll done! These were when I learned of Mark Pope being hired.
These weren’t the only ones, and I know I’m not alone. But I’d like to officially eat a huge bowl of crow right about now after this impressive display. I went from furious to upset (but maybe it’s not as bad as I thought) to cautiously optimistic prior to the season. After the first couple games I upgraded to “hopeful”, but now I’m just ecstatic. Coach Pope put together a team full of unselfish, determined players and he’s got them playing like a team. I don’t know what the outcome of the season will be, but we hired the right guy.
I don’t know if Mitch knew something we didn’t or if he just got lucky, but whatever; I’m on board the Pope train. Let’s all ride together!
They got in our belly’s and took us out of our offense and made us uncomfortable the first half…. We can out and returned the favor in the second half. It was simple as that. Most offensive minded teams when they get frustrated and taken out of their game lose intensity and energy on defense and get blown out. This team did the oppositeThe way he ran Duke out of gas then cranked up the pressure was a master class. That was the best move I’ve seen a coach make in a long time.
This is a really good Duke team as well.It only took Pope 3 games into his first coaching season at Kentucky to do what hasn't been done in years. HE BEAT DUKE!!!!!!!
