He will drive into traffic and finish strong. As will Wallace. You can't make Toppin drive into traffic. Reeves will go stronger to the basket than Toppin will.

We still have to get much better on defense. If we don't fix the defense it will be St Peters again in the tourney. It's hard to guard when your 4 and 5 man can't guard. Oscar's only defense is his defensive rebounds. And the occasional jump the passing lane. Toppin just can't guard at all. He never even tries to guard. Never bends his knees. Never gets in a defensive stance. He just bounces up and down like a tennis player waiting on a serve.

That put tremendous pressure on the other 3 players. We have to learn help defense. And we are. But will we run out of time? We have to learn to talk on defense. That is much improved. But you have to know what to talk about. That requires an ability to see what's coming. Toppin and Wheeler are very low BBIQ players. Wheeler on the bench helps that part. Counting on Toppin to help Oscar is fool's gold. But he does help sometimes. No one rotates to Toppin's man though when he drops to help. That has to change if we are going to become good.

Wheeler may not fit the personality of this team's best lineup, but he has led the SEC in assists for two consecutive years, so to say he can't play is just not correct.

Plays hard but no handles.

I sure hope you are right that he improves. I was hoping for a consistent 8 & 5. He looks like a ball player but just not sure what to think. I’d like to see Thiero get some run.

Then the guy they all said he was conspiring with was beaten by an old brain dead guy that had business dealings in Ukraine and was responsible for putting $1billion of US aid into Privat Banc that ended up being stolen and was reportedly used to fund militia groups that killed people in the Donbas.

How any rational person didn't think Russia would invade Ukraine, in some form, after what happened the last 10 years is hopeless. We wouldn't put up with 1/10 of what happened if it were Canada or Mexico. Hell, we have a very real-world comparison with the Cuban missile crisis. I actually wouldn't be surprised if LOLman doesn't know what the Cuban missile crisis was. LOL

more people died in Europe last year of cold than of heat. With energy shortages that number is predicted to be much higher. I think it was 20000 died from heat and 38000 died from cold last year. Just using science.... cold is worse for humans than heat.

Vegas is in the business of predicting. Tournament should be about actual accomplishment as well. I hate to use us as an example. But Vegas would probably put us as 5 seed right now with our roster talent and play of late. But we haven't earned that. Our on court resume isn't there, yet.

For all the gnashing of teeth and outrage on the internet, the committee does a fine job.
