Boleys comments

I’ve always been a person who believes you can’t take what is being said directly as truth. I worked at Toyota for 28 years. They were more honest than some American companies. You could not believe one word they told us though.
We are not expanding. At the same time pouring concrete out back for an expansion.
You must alway try to read between the lines for what is actually happening.
When reading Cutters comments, one thing jumped out at me. “ We have great guys with great attitudes,, Especially the younger guys.
What that says to me is the older guys are not providing leadership. Alabama, Georgia and others have seen as they pay their older stars, the production and leadership disappear with all that cash in their pockets. Older guys don’t have to wait and produce for that NFL payday. They are already making NFL money.
The level of play is dropping. There are no super executing teams anymore. Alabama looks disorganized. Georgia too. Stupid mistakes that were not made before being paid millions.
NIL has caused parity, but only because the elite teams are playing much worse.

The number of top 10 and even top 25 teams we've had to play this year is ridiculous.

It's making us look worse than we are.
Worse compared to who? It's the SEC and all schools have tough schedules. Teams either step up or get knocked down. The teams that this staff puts together are better suited for the MAC. Every other coaching staff in the conference out-performs UK, even Vandy, Mizzou, and SC.

Has Barrion slipped in his jet sweep elusiveness and decision-making?

Is it just me or does Barrion continually look to always break to the outside, even when it looks like he could break inside for a few more yards on a jet sweep? There was one play, in particular, in the Texas game where I think he could have picked up 5 yards or so and opted to break to the sideline and only got two yards.

Earlier in the year and last year, he would often make a cut to the inside of the blocking WR and cut upfield for his yardage. Now, he seems to be solely trying to break it to the edge -- in essence, to simply outrun all of the defense.

I know he has the speed and there might be questionable WR blocking, but it really seems like the last few games where Bush called a jet sweep with Barrion, he has given up available yardage by not cutting back into the field. Almost as if he is avoiding cutting upfield.

Just wondered if anyone is seeing what I am seeing.

Cutter Boley to start vs UofL

... damage control to try to salvage his job. This announcement very un-Stoops like.
Yeah maybe, that doesn't mean it's not the right thing to do. Cutter gives UK the best chance to win, I don't think there's much doubt about that. Besides, UK needs to start looking toward the future and BVG is not it.

Chaz Lanier doing his best Tayshaun Prince impression

We can only hope.
If the FB team makes the 12 team playoff their fans will be even more insufferable than they are now.
UK sat and watched for a decade while UT was struggling in every sport and we still can't beat them in FB, BB, WSB, WBB, heck we have lost something like 7 out of 10 in freaking basketball.

Time for a change at UK athletics.
On the basketball side we’re safe, as long as Barnes is there they will choke. On football I just don’t know if there offense can score enough to seriously challenge
