Its not just a bunch of transfers though. Its a bunch of stud upperclassman transfers with a Coach that beat 4 ranked teams at lil ole BYU last yr.I think putting any team inside the top 10-15 with a bunch of transfers & new coach is a little silly myself.
I'm fine with where they started. It's fun to see them climb higher.
Which ones were not lawyers? I don't believe any in recent/modern years.Yes. My research indicated that there have been AGs over the years that were not even lawyers. That surprised me.
What are you talking about? He started over two first rounders last year. THAT'S how good he is.DJ Wagner is washed. Just completely washed.
Last years Houston team was really good and if not for an injury to their star player, they likely were playing in the title gameRidiculous list, and not just because Kentucky is severely under-ranked. They have UNC that high after losing to KU and defeating mighty Elon by 14. Houston still that high after getting beat at home? Auburn’s win over Houston is WAY overvalued. Kelvin Sampson hasn’t adapted to modern ball and last year showed that. They lost to Scheyer in the tournament with half the talent Duke has now.
I live on a bog clay mound , love to garden so I built a big raised garden , like 40-40 , had top soil poured on the clay , it's at least a foot deep . But 1/2 of it is pretty good top soil , 1/2 is more clay content of the top soil. The 1/2 with the clay is pretty hard and didnt grow tomatoes well at all , should I add a load of sand to loosen the soil or try to add a higher quality soil to that side of the garden . I grow tomatoes , different peppers , and okra . And garlic .
Two possessions in a row. Almost no passes. Anyone with half a brain cell knew the ball was going to Flagg. We collapsed on him as soon as he got it and he never looked to pass. I thought he managed the end of the game poorly. Not sure if anyone will agree with me but I thought Scheyer made a mistake by not setting up Flagg at the end and preferring to let him create his own shot. Yeah, he is a great player but he is also only 17. That is a LOT of pressure.
Kinda agree. There’s some enjoyment and validation in seeing him spouting off the same stuff and playing the same ugly basketball after the national media acted like KY fans were crazy etc. There is a bit of schadenfreude in watching this, but overall, it just makes me sad.
This is a guy who was on top of the college basketball world a decade ago.
Seeing him for what he is today, a broken man who is a mere parody of his former self, should be a cautionary tale for anyone who makes it to the pinnacle of their profession.
