Hearing that Kentucky's taking a major interest in a couple of new offensive line targets from the Buckeye State: Joel Honigford and Matt Sichterman.

Honigford is a 6-foot-6, 263-pound tackle from Sugarcreek (Ohio) Garaway Local School. He's a 5.7 three-star with offers from Boston College, Duke, Illinois, Iowa State, Michigan State, Nebraska, Northwestern, Oklahoma, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest and West Virginia.

Sichterman is a 6-foot-5, 266-pound offensive tackle from Kings Mills (Ohio) Kings and rated a three-star (5.6) prospect. His offer list includes Cincinnati (notably), Illinois, Nebraska, Oregon State, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Rutgers and Wake Forest.

Both long, athletic players, which is right along the lines of the kinds of offensive linemen that Eddie Gran's offenses at Cincinnati came to accumulate.

Don't know how much interest these players have in Kentucky but I do expect the Cats to turn up the heat on these guys in the next little while.
