The Craziest Thing About Miami Game

What's crazy about last night, is that if you had told me before the game that:

• DJ Wagner would get hurt early and have to leave the game
• Antonio Reeves and Tre Mitchell would only 1 hit 3FG each and go a combined 2/7 from deep
• Omier and Poplar would drop 20 and 19 respectively
• We would get out-rebounded
• Miami would shoot and make more FTs than us
• And that Miami would go on an 18-2 run in the first half

I would have told you we probably lost by 20. And I think many of you would say the same.

Instead, we were up nearly 30 with 4 mins to go.

Absolutely remarkable what last night was. Ridiculous basketball game.

Sheppard and Dillingham are the X factors that account for such craziness.

We have two guys coming off the bench who’ve been arguably as good or better than any of our starters this year. No other team can say that.

Remember when Booker and Ulis came off the bench? And at some point, it was obvious they were the better players. I suspect Shep and Dillingham will continue to come off the bench (except when Wagner is out, of course).
