Because there is not anyone holding him accountable. He does as he pleases because Barnhart and Capiluto are terrible at their jobs.

Mitchell shouldn’t just get minutes because he was part of the early season success, he got hurt, the team leveled up without him, it’s absolutely destroying the team to have Mitchell on the floor.
