Sahvir Wheeler About to Commit Somewhere

Yeah, I think John's Pass is where that Crabby's on the Pass I mentioned is located. It was a really cool area and close to where we were staying on Treasure Island. Food and views were both amazing. Should probably get there early though if you want to get a good seat. We went at like 5 PM back-to-back nights just to make sure we could get a table outside on the water.
Thanks man! Really appreciate it!

Thank you very much, man! If you want to throw out some Downtown St Pete Beach options I'll def take it as we were already planning to go there at least one night!

Sure thing!

Best sports bar, by far, that I love (and is excellent to go to before a Rays game)

Rooftop bar with water views:

^^ This rooftop bar is in the middle of BEACH DRIVE, which is an awesome street with tons of great restaurants that all face the water.

St. Pete Pier:

Rooftop Tiki Bar at the end of the St. Pete Pier:

And the best block for a bar atmosphere is Central Ave, if you map the below bar, that is in the middle of one of the best blocks:

It’s because he’s African and doesn’t pull punches. He no gen z American entitled brat. I know some will take issue with it but it’s truth. Dude is old school. The feminization of western culture has weakened the mental toughness of our kids. The dude didn’t even filter when it came to the problems of the team calling out cal for yelling. Huh funny thing is after Oscar said that cal calmed and we started winning. It seems like you’d want a man who’s been through a real fight to live on your team. Someone not afraid to call guys out.

I had several African players but one kid, big athletic tough, this kid gets punched in a game and I ask him why he didn’t fight back. He said “coach where I come from when we go to fight it’s for our life”. That certainly isn’t this generation.
Couldnt have said it better. We're being let down on the world stage by this effeminate younger generation. I'm 34 and when I see teens today and the way they act I'm like yo, this ain't right. To each their own but y'all are sabotaging yourselves and the rest of us by proxy. Our way of life is EARNED, Competition tempers steel, not entitlement. too many kids today think it's expected and given. Just ask Brad - hell tell you 😂😂😂

Arkane is another great brewery in the St Pete area.
In Tampa, Cigar City, Hidden Springs, Angry Chair, and Garagiste meadery.
A couple of other great breweries in the area are Corporate Ladder and Calusa.
Man, I'm so bummed that I missed Tampa Bay Beer Week this year.

Alright, so since he's now officially long gone ... can SOMEONE tell us the real story? Everyone making assumptions, making stuff up ... how about one of the actual insiders with knowledge just spill it?

The host just said the best comparison for Wheeler is Jalen Brunson [laughing]

Also said the only reason we were losing this year is because Wheeler got hurt.
Every top program in the country doesn't want anything to do with Jalen Brunson 2.0? He looks more like R2D2 in this video and the clip they showed where he was committed to Texas A&M shows exactly what has been a severe hindrance to performance for him. Get what you put in no matter what aspect of life we're talking. Put in work/condition/preparation you get a scholarship offer (as he did). Decide to put junkfood/unhealthy things in your body, you look like he did in Lexington. That's not going to help you stay healthy or productive.

So 2.0 went from A&M commitment to UGA under Creepy Crean to Kentucky and now off to the Great Northwest to play at Kentucky's JV program for Mike Hopkins (how he still has a job is one of life's mysteries). Yep--exactly like Jalen Brunson. GTFOH.

So sick of yes men and hype men who LIE or are too ****ing stupid to know basketball.

I agree with everything you just wrote but I have to ask. The tone in this post is so different from what you normally post. I’ve only ever seen you be calm, cool, and collected. This post is such a break from the norm. Have you been hacked? I say that jokingly but I’ve never seen this kind of anger from you before. I don’t know what to think or say. I will say again I agree with you with question though.

Not at all. I'm tired of the hype men and yes men around these athletes. Have to deal with delusion in HS--I mean you haven't lived until you have a JV player post on Facebook "I'd like to thank Coach Lloyd of Arizona for the Offer and looking forward to visit Tempe". An actual Facebook post of a player and his mom was asking about the NBA and he's a JV player in HS as a Junior. Delusion. (yes I know Arizona is in Tucson, not Tempe but apparently our all world JV guy didn't take the time to do that. Want to get it wet with some girl, at least use Google)

Wheeler himself was enough of a pain in the butt. But the delusion we keep seeing where adults just cater to young men/women and tell them they are great so they can befriend them or be liked is odd. You don't have to be rude, but you do have to be real if you want to get things right in life. It's not fun to hear the truth in a lot of cases, but this one....why not just say "A bit of Iverson mixed in with Isiah and some JA to go with it" and call it a day.
