The justices voted in favor of making sure that they had proper due process. They had issues w the speed that it was taking place. Read the article on Fox. Trumps issue is that he is trying to fast track everything and he runs into trouble because of it. The court didn’t say he couldn’t deport. It didn’t even rule against whether the AEA was legal or not. It sent it down to the lower court again. It still could end up going through. So many people have issues w the the court when their job is to make sure the law and procedures are being followed

SCOTUS has just weighed in on this event. If we happen to find the escapees, there will have to be a long process of hearings and consideration for whether we can send them back to prison.
