Also in federal court each judge is assigned a trailer so if you know the judge's trailer number. Eg - a typical federal case number would be 2024-cv-1977-6. 6 would be the judge's number sometimes substituted with their 3 initials.

So you can just watch the e-filings to see when they are next up, hit file and you have your judge.

The one thing i will give you - its way easier in smaller jurisdictions. In large jurisdictions there are tons of things filed all the time so you might be waiting till the perfect moment if you really need the judge.

It was much easier to do this before mandatory e-filing. Back then i would literally stand there and wait for the judge i wanted to be next.

Since when do we aspire to meet the standards of Venezuela? Also, read the 5th Amendment - it says "any person" has due process rights. Not just "US Citizens" or "any person in the country legally". I'm all for deporting illegal immigrants who have committed crimes, but the question in these cases is whether they have some due process rights.
