There are special rules that apply to signatures on wills - many states require multiple witnesses and for the signature to be notarized.

But for regular contracts, and generally speaking, electronic signatures are valid.

Of course that has nothing to do with this issue - I'm not even sure what the issue is - apparently you all think Biden was unaware of these pardons?
Wait...you think Biden was aware of ANYTHING in the last week of his "presidency?" Even the major news networks have conceded this. Are you the last diehard believer that Biden was in possession of his faculties? Did we just find the final retard?

I think Billionaire's should have their wealth taxed significantly. The idea they are "job creators" is nonsense.
This post is nonsense.

You don't even need to work for a billionaire to gain wealth. Their companies have probably created millionaires than any other method.

I have a client that invested about $600k in AAPL in the 90s. It's now worth $19 MILLION.

Yeah... let's tax and push away people that give us those opportunities... makes perfect sense lol.

Hey now, I resemble that remark!!

I don’t like democrats either. Republicans are just more retarded and in charge. Don’t have to melt down when someone rightfully criticizes your dear leader.
You know, for someone who professes to dislike Democrats, you were strangely silent for the entire debacle of the Biden Presidency. Why did you wait until now to express your disdain for “both sides”?

This is not the flex or argument you think it is, and you're completely missing the point. We currently tax INCOME. Meaning if you go bust your ass to provide goods and services for the economy we tax you pretty significantly. I'd rather REDUCE income tax on labor and make up for it by INCREASING taxes on rents and investments. This would make American labor more attractive (e.g., more jobs and better pay for workers). The investment class would still get theirs, but it wouldn't be so lopsided.

I just read that KY's own Gerald Lundergan got a pardon from President auto pen.
He's been a political criminal since the 70's at least.
I wonder if his FEMA contract is still intact?
Paging Doge.....
Lundergan’s Lexington based company, Emergency Disaster Services (EDS), got two no-bid contracts from King Andy during the Covid lockdowns.

Field hospital on UK’s campus = $7 million
Field Hospital in Louisville = $6 million
Total no-bid contracts awarded = $13 million

Total # of other companies allowed to bid = 0
Total # of patients seen = 0

Seems legit.

I'm guessing he donated 3.25M to the DNC after he got paid...?

Back in the day when I lived in Atlanta I remember an article in the Atlanta Journal Constitution of how Home Depot had created more millionaires that any other company. This was before the high tech boom. Was amazing how many managers of HD back then were millionaires based on working/investing in the company. So yeah, some billionaires (Blank, Marcus, Langone) not only created millionairs, but probably more than a million jobs since 1979 (they have 400K+ now).

See ya later Cancer research. But don't forget to applaud the kid with cancer for the dog and pony show.

From your article: "The administration has threatened to reduce federal funding for schools on the list, and others, that it views as being noncompliant with federal civil rights laws."

So, are they in violation of federal civil rights laws? Apparently the feds believe so, thus the cuts. Of course the article doesn't say, but in all likelihood we're looking at an institution riddled with DEI hiring practices. Guess we'll see soon enough.

Affixing a mentally incompetent old man’s signature electronically to a contract without him knowing does not make it valid. That’s the point.

You think the president actually sent these ships over there personally?
If so, it was Jotato.
They have been deployed since the hamas terror Savages started raping and murdering women and children .
My "put" should have been "puts". The point was/intended to be that he controls where they are. But you knew that.

Well that’s because anything over 16’ comes from Canada and they can charge whatever they want because we don’t have any way to produce the material.

Also it sounds like China is starting to up their support to Canada too and that is propping them and their confidence up some!

It's wild how nationalism is cool when you oppose Trump but not to protect Canada from foreign invaders that actually hate them. Canada will destroy itself to stand up to Trump. LOL. It's nuts.

Where will the US be on the democracy rating after getting his full term to implement changes.
Higher or lower?

How does a democratic republic achieve a 7.9 on a democracy scale?

Thats pretty damn close to full democracy for a government system that doesn’t even pretend to be a democracy.

So I’d imagine, after 4 years of Trump, the US will no longer rate on the retarded scale because USAID funding will be long dried up.

Earlier today in this thread, a leftist argues that it’s totally cool for an an incompetent old man’s signature to be forged on literally hundreds (thousands?) of government documents.

Later in the thread, a different leftist uses the most batshit crazy leftwing ecosystem (Reddit) to imply that after 4 years, Trump will make our country less democratic.

Take your time processing these two things. Understand the level of sheer malice we are up against.

When I was young, I received the presidential physical fitness award with Bill Clinton’s signature on it.

Not once, even as a small child, did I ever pretend Bill Clinton signed that piece of paper or had any idea how physically fit I was.

Yet to lefties here, Bill Clinton’s signature printed on that document would be legally binding.

Trump needs to force Congress to go through the impeachment process - either for these judges because they’re so goddam corrupt, or for him and Bondi because they’re refusing to abide by their bullshit corrupt orders.
They won't get kicked out of office... but they can be reassigned or just not funded.

Reactions: Girthang

This all changed once I started writing about the pandemic. Soon people started talking about me the way I once thought about conservatives. This led to a complete identity collapse as I came to understand that my old worldview was hateful and ignorant, that I hadn't understood what I had been judging.I cannot forget the hearing that led to my dismissal from medical school a year after I started writing. During the hearing, people talked about me as if I wasn't human. My behavior was interpreted in the worst possible light. Complete fabrications were created. Nobody was concerned with the truth, only horrified at my apparent "unprofessional behavior", which was really a mirror of their unprofessional behavior directed at me. They structured the hearing to make it virtually impossible for me to speak and explain that what was being said was a lie. And nobody seemed to have any problem with this. Why? Because I was bad. If I am bad, then every mistreatment and every violation of the school's own policies became justified. A person who is bad does not deserve any rights. They only deserve punishment. But the thing I remember most was the allusions to my social media activity. They said, "Kevin is driven by resentment from his childhood." I wasn't. I was on good terms with my parents. They alleged that I needed psychotherapy to deal with this trauma. It was a completely fake story that they had constructed about me, to demean me, to marginalize me, to try to explain the views I had expressed: that something terribly wrong had happened during the pandemic. They couldn't imagine that I might have legitimate points. So they reduced me to the same kinds of psychological caricatures that I once reduced conservatives to in my own mind.

How many on here were constitution pounders when a different admin was in, and not sane-turf destroying the checks and balances?
Republicans have the majority, why don’t they actually govern, get laws changed and approved, to execute their actions?

Why is there a sprint to break as many laws and expand presidential power as much as possible?
