Would love to see all the evidence and discovery related to the auto pen pardons for blanket crimes committed.
No one is pretending they weren’t auto penned, so I would think the burden would rest on the recipient of the pardons to prove it was a valid exercise of presidential authority.
If I submitted my grandpa’s “will” in court, and it just happened to give me his entire estate, was created on his death bed (while he was out of town), while suffering severe cognitive decline and the signature was photoshopped, not only would the will be laughed out of court, but I’d probably go to prison for fraud.
Cannot imagine risking my life and freedom to hand Liz Cheney, Fauci, Schiff et al fake pardons. Hopefully everyone starts singing at some point.

- We are $37T in debt. Bezos, the Waltons, and Amazon and Walmart shareholders specifically made a lot of their wealth due to the government borrowing money that was used by our population to buy things from those two companies. A significant portion of their wealth is due to deficit spending.
- The taxes are not to punish Amazon and Walmart (and other companies), but to shift the tax burden from income to wealth. And by the way, in terms of earnings, the US is at an all-time high right now of earnings coming from investment vs labor.
- I pay roughly 50% of my overall income in taxes each year. Let's say I'm worth $2.5M and I make $1M (of which I get taxed at 50%, state, fed, SS, etc.). The combined government is hitting me at like 20% of my wealth EACH YEAR. How about a dude making $50K not worth anything. He probably pays $15K in taxes each year combined - so like 30% of his wealth. Meanwhile, the Waltons pay what in taxes? Would venture to guess it's not close to 2% of their wealth each year.

There are special rules that apply to signatures on wills - many states require multiple witnesses and for the signature to be notarized.
But for regular contracts, and generally speaking, electronic signatures are valid.
Of course that has nothing to do with this issue - I'm not even sure what the issue is - apparently you all think Biden was unaware of these pardons?
