Yea. Hillary sold our Uranium to Russia and the left universally defended it yet buying RE from Russia is somehow treason... I hate half our country anymore.

Building a flourishing mineral rights economy in Ukraine is essentially an unbeatable proposition.
With a multinational corporate/civilian presence there, Russia would not DARE sustain military action. To do so would be tantamount to attacking the EU and the US. And Russia/Putin knows that that is a non-starter.
Once that is in place, you have the economic leverage to put the screws to Putin.
At that point, your goal is to dangle a big enough carrot to Russia to make aligning with China a bad proposition.
I don't want to hear this crap about "siding" with Putin etc. Like it or not, Europe and the US need to bring Russia into a mutually beneficial relationship, because the alternative (a China and Russian partnership) is bad news.
IOW - Keeping China and Russia split, as much as possible, is the REAL long term goal.
Mutually beneficial business relationships between Russia, Europe, Greenland, along with the Western Hemisphere is the Great Deterrent IMO.

Watching Al Green (who, on the face of it didn't seem to play his role with much enthusiasm) reminded me of a Price is Right contestant that was taking his cues/hints from friends and family members in the audience, with respect to the price of a NEW HAMILTON BEACH BLENDER!

Or how about instead of leveraging that to destroy Russia.... we leverage that to gain leverage over China with Russia working with us???? China is just such a bigger threat and Russia is dealing with islam like we are except they have realized how anti-Christian it is.

Imo the best two substantive highlights were 1) highlighting some individual examples of the corruption and waste found by doge (notice doge got by far the biggest cheer of the night) and 2) letting people know we are only raising our tariffs to the level that a country has on us.
Im 99% certain most people had no idea other countries tariffed us that hard. Admittedly i did not. Its a much easier selling point to the average person that we're literally just leveling the playing field.
Another key point he made, subtly, was there will be economic pain from these massive changes but he hopes they will be short term. We really need the pain to be over, or at least a light at the end of the tunnel, by the end of the year.
We (as a country) because of the lefts anti American rhetoric are beginning to look like some of these other countries whose leaders (corrupt ones) act dishonorably during meetings by acting like spoiled children instead of polished or respectful leaders. The next step in their de-evolution as respectable leaders (human as well) will be when they start physically attacking other people at these meetings/addresses not unlike many of these other countries they idolize. It is (I believe) the greed and corruption and evil that is influencing their actions. They see their cash cow (idol of worship) beginning to crash and burn and are becoming desperate.
All one needs to do is look at their body of work (financially) before becoming politicians and see that most of them get rich after being in politics for a few years. Now, that is being revealed and curtailed somewhat with DOGE.
