I don't know how many people in this thread have had interactions with Brits (I have had many), but I can tell you many still call us the colonies. I couldn't care less how they feel about it or how they see us. Just like the rest of them who have taken taxpayer money from the US over the years, they can kiss my a**.

That's OK. My bigger concern is bad prosecutions. Better zero prosecutions than bad ones. Like praying nuns at abortion clinics. The states are more than adequate to prosecute the common crimes.

Dealt with the French a lot as well with one Belgian unit I worked with and traveled to France spending a week on the French Riviera. Expensive as hell but beautiful. They too are arrogant (the worst I think). I lived in a Brit housing area and bought a lot of my groceries at the NAFI which is a brit PX/Commissary. Most of our television/radio programming was BFBS (British Forces Broadcasting Service). Worked with the Scots too (brits by association they say) but they were much better towards us.
