I'm betting it's higher, but also once they look into the base costs of what is given compared to what is charged, they'll find a lot of ways to reduce costs. There are payments that are delayed to suppliers, and it's cost some of them their businesses because they couldn't hold out for 6-9 months waiting to receive payment for products/equip (wheelchairs, walkers, etc) they had purchased up to a year before. Who knows what happens to the money that is allocated and set aside but never paid, once the med equip provider closes shop.

Read about the countries in the region and their experience specifically with taking in Palestinians as refugees. There are very good reasons why they send money to them. It's to keep them away. They'd rather have Israel deal with them, because they won't do anything for themselves

Yeah I still don't get the freak out over it. I swear some people still don't understand Trump and how he does things...and he's in his 5th year of being President. It's no secret he does/says things to get deals. He literally wrote a book about it.
Yes. It's hilarious actually. Most people suck at negotiating/strategy, so it was understandable in 2017, but to still freak out 8 years later...? I don't understand how we're still seeing it from any conservatives. The libertarians seem to understand it better
