Pretty sure she committed a felony and wasn't arrested for just praying.
What was her felony? Was she a child smuggling drug lord, pimp momma?

No, bc if she was, then you jokers wouldve built a statue for her.

Did she bite a cop and her dentures fell out? Try to gum them to death?

Yea, an 80+ yo woman is such a freaking threat, we better lock her up!!

people that "think" like you should be nowhere near power.

Probably odds are SCOTUS won’t rock the boat with it, but then again they might surprise if enough common sense is presented in the arguments. I think some compelling arguments can be made about the intent of the 14th Amendment when it was created. There’s a better shot at SCOTUS than through ratifying a new amendment.
We thought they would puss out on both the experimental injection and roe v wade.
Also a little surprised they didnt side w CO when they tried to remove Trump from the ballot.
So i have a little hope.

Don't you have that flipped though?

The fire chief had 20+ years of experience at every level possible and yet Fox was calling her a DEI hire just because she was a Lesbian.

Isn't it wrong to just assume that just b/c someone is a minority that they're not qualified and/or don't have merit?

I've seen people label Lloyd Austin a DEI hire and he had 41+ years of experience in the military and yet someone like Hegseth, who is completely unqualified for the role of SecDef gets a pass?

Why do they label Austin as a DEI hire but not Hegseth?

Same for any other person that's qualified for a job that just happens to be a minority. Why are they labeled DEI hires?
I think she's unqualified because of the letters and emails sent by dozens of LA firefighters saying she's incompetent. I think Austin is incompetent because I watched what he did in his position. He oversaw the withdrawal from Afghan that might have been the biggest military embarrassment in our nations history.

How so?

She passed the bar exam and was a lawyer. She did that on her own merit.

She's also an elected official, that's also merit.
Because she was propelled to the front of her party due to her gender and race and was elected in a state that has the worst election integrity in the country, THAT’S her merit?

You are either too obtuse or too disingenuous to admit the problem with your thinking that you yourself admitted with that post.

Don't you understand that you're labeling minorities in positions of power a DEI hire? You're essentially saying anyone that's a minority in power is unqualified. It doesn't matter how many go to college, earn multiple degrees, have decades of experience, etc, you ignore that and use your bias to claim a minority is unqualified.

Say they were unqualified, there are still white people that are just as unqualified for a role. Why aren't they considered a DEI hire?

Kamala, while she was horrible choice, had decades of experience as a lawyer. She had to pass the bar herself, that's merit. She was elected to multiple positions, that's merit.

You're second paragraph screams conspiracy, so I won't touch that.
Kamala passed the bar after 7 tries. That isn't merit... that's lack of intelligence. Kamala slept her way to the top and everyone in Cali knew it. When it was time for her to step into the presidency dems didn't have the fortitude to discuss it fairly... they just ignored it. That is the difference between DEI and just failing at your job. She never should have been VP or a presidential candidate. She could sleep her way ro the rest but you would think the msm would do their job just enough to avoid "her".... Karen Bass was Bidens second choice. He litter ali said he was going to pick a black woman. Those were 2 of the 3 was offered to pick from. That is DEI son.

I gave you the cold hard facts, friend. At this point you can continue to deny them or not.

Imagine thinking that passing the bar makes you qualified to be President of the United States.

Again, you're putting words in my mouth.

Someone made the claim that if DEI didn't exist why would someone bring up their heritage.

"That doesn't make any sense. You could be proud of your heritage regardless if DEI were real or not. DEI is relatively new, people have been proud of their heritage for as long as they've been around"

Me saying what I said above can be about anyone talking about their heritage.
If Kamala wasn't black she wouldn't have been picked as VP. It was THE reason she was picked. She didn't have any other positive to the ticket.

But why does Fox label any minority in power a DEI hire? When they do that they're essentially saying that minorities cannot get into positions of power without DEI.

That link goes into detail about merit and how it's important and I agree, it's important. But to assume that minorities in power didn't get there through merit and merit alone seems to be backwards thinking.

Why don't ya'll say anything about nepotism?
Oddly my favorite justice is Clarence Thomas and my favorite economist is Dro Thomas Sowell. Unlike you I actually like them for the way they think and how they reason. The color of their skin have zero to do with why I like them.

azurricat seems to have a strange belief that once a person’s abilities (or lack thereof) are exposed, we cannot question how they were able to be raised up to such positions of power to begin with.

She was damn good at the mistressing too.

I always laugh at this shit. What are you gonna do, woman? Scream? You can’t do shit but run to Facebook and post about you being a hero.

We have an epidemic of crazy white left wing bitches.

“Our resistance will be talked about for generations.” 😂

Speaking of crazies-

Reddit is unusable

Old girl is hiding Venezuelen tren de Aragua and a couple of Pakistani illegals in her house. ICE rings the doorbell and she says she doesn't have to answer.
The problem is she can't. She's tied to a bed having a rape train run on her. Be careful honey, it will get sore.

Yes, amendment is a long shot because there are just enough states overrun by liberal ideology to prevent common sense from prevailing.

My impression is not a tremendous number of pregnant illegal immigrants come hiking across the border at 9 months gestation to pop out a kid at the first hospital. But getting here, and then having babies, is certainly viewed as a way to “anchor” themselves to staying here since their children are granted citizenship. This needs to be corrected, hopefully.
"And subject to the jurisdictions thereof" are the words that matter in the 14th amendment.
The entire argument rests on this phrase, so let's get on with it.
We should be able to solve this inside of a week.
