Met Jerry a few times back in the day. His cousin (?) was mayor for year of the small town that I Iived in outside Atlanta. Whenever he was in Atlanta he would come out and visit his cousin who I knew.
Not that he should get a pass, but he was just the tool. Plus he probably has a valid defense of following his directives.
They should focus on whomever set in motion his appointment and turned him loose.
Im glad you brought up the links. Not saying hes a paid troll but.... adding links (no matter how pathetic) is absolutely what they are told to do. Mainly because it impacted social media algorithms and the platforms see their comments as most trustworthy.
Its going to be similar in the new community notes or so I was told. So it will be better than before but theyre just going to refocus and flood the algorithm.
He was willing and ignorance of the law is no excuse. Lawyers are held to a higher standard.
