A couple has spoken out after an unknown staff member at Henrico Doctors' Hospital in Richmond fractured their newborn's leg during his time at the NICU.
A Virginia hospital has closed its neonatal intensive care unit after seven premature babies suffered mysterious injuries by an unknown abuser who remains on the loose.
Authorities opened a probe into the inexplicable fractures after four babies were injured in the summer of 2023 and three more were hurt in November and December of this year, as reported by WTVR.

I mean... this is a joke meme... but it is a legitimate question, and frankly one that needs to be addressed/challenged, perhaps in court. I'm sure this issue will go nowhere, but one has to question what sort of damage Biden is allowed to inflict on his way out of office given his mental state.

Anything Biden has supposedly signed since he has been president needs to be challenged in Court. There is all kinds of documented challenge's that can be mounted. I'd love to see his signature in 2020 as compared to now. A rubber stamp must be part of the equation.

The problem is I suspect any court that actually heard any such cases would default to saying there is a mechanism in the Constitution for addressing presidents who become impaired, and that mechanism was not utilized.
