At least in state courts, its judicial discretion. Typically if the judge thinks cameras etc will be a distraction to the process, they don't allow them. At least in my experience.

Interesting if true. Electric trucks are very heavy and electric has great instant torque. Excellent choice as a battering ram type killing weapon. Can get up to max speed very quickly and with the weight....a kinetic energy threat.

I don’t see how this would ever actually work in practice. The prices are posted on each item, on the grocery store app, etc. No one will tolerate different prices for different people.

So, this guys name is leaking out around the net. Would you have guessed his name is Shamsub Din Jabbar? He appears to be a US citizen and served in the Army. 42 years of age. He also had an ISIS flag in the truck. Maybe a relator. Crossed over the border about two days ago. All unverified.
