It’s crazy how quickly the U.S., which was coined as a place of freedom, quickly grew government overreach.

Couldn’t have too much freedom. Had to create the income tax, had to create the surveillance state, had to get the IRS, had to get the government involved in every single aspect of your life. Genius idea.
