This is lengthy but deserves your attention. It attempts to give an academic explanation about the obvious things that we know and see about DEI but could not quantify. Suffice to say, DEI is poison and should be eradicated like a weed.

What pisses me off is that they take money from great movies like Deadpool and Wolverine and use it for DEI projects instead of reinvesting into what made them over a billion dollars. Really hoping Iger is fired sooner rather that later.
Slightly OT: we just started up a Hulu (owned by Disney) subscription.

Every other commercial is a gay themed or social engineered attempt to portray deviants in a positive light.

We canceled after 2 days.

Tariffs can be a bludgeon to extract more favorable trade terms. That is the one weapon we still have- the ability to consume. Not many countries can go for long without our markets.

Besides, at least Trump is TRYING to put us back on a more fair trade landscape. More than can be said for the uniparty bastards that have sold us out since NAFTA. I can’t see why people want to endorse the status quo. Things have to change asap.

Joe Rogan said the following to Elon: "If you buy MSNBC I would like Rachael Maddow’s job. I will wear the same outfit and glasses, and I will tell the same lies."

Some one pointed out, it would be funnier if he was Joy Rogan:

Vivek is a DOGE:

"audited the IRS & found they owed nearly $50 million. The government-wide number of employee unpaid taxes is over $1.5 billion. The hypocrisy is insane."

They have already said, if you don't show up for work 5 days a week federal employees...you gone.

It's like taking away illegals benefits. Some are going to self-deport/give up if you quit giving them free sh-t.

The government owns almost 8,000 vacant buildings:

Wasn't there an attempt to privatize SS under W? It went over like a fart in church at the time, even though they were shown how responsibly invested money would yield far more in returns than SS ever would.
There was. It wasn't explained well enough to convince those who are scared of chamge. They couldn't make them understand that the SS fund is being squandered or that the ROI with having a choice in how to invest your own money would be better and more lucrative.

Ss is the perfect example of what dems do when they get a nice advantage in dc. They create a giant boondoggle handout and agency thats a money pit but so ingrained that its impossible to get rid of.

Practically speaking, its impossible to get rid of at least until we have term limits. Thats because it will be the end of anyone who voted to end it, so even winning the vote is career suicide. Even worse, it would just put dems back in power and they would restart it and probably make 5 more things just like it.

So until those in power vote to give themselves term limits (lol) the only realistic option is to make it more efficient. That shouldn't be hard. Behind the irs, i cant imagine a more bloated and inefficient agency.

I think it goes farther. I want to say that Gingrich and Clinton also proposed something prior to his scandal.

At this point it seems pretty clear the US and NATO are dead set on escalating the war and upping the rhetoric so they can force discussions between the man America elected to end the war and Putin, so they can frame the man America elected for treason again.

Biden will likely have his hand dragged across pardon papers for everyone before they leave office, but every one of them should be brought up on treason charges.

There is no justification for escalating a war America just voted to end, less than 60 days before the newly elected commander in chief is in charge. Talking nukes is insanity.

Would love a post on X from Trump right now pointing out Biden is, and has been, mentally incapacitated and they don’t feel he possesses the legal capacity to issue pardons in his diminished mental state.

Putin could always.. you know... stop invading a country. Seems like that could really deescalate things.

she should be investigated but i have to believe that’s a fake tweet. i doubt the ag would brag about it on X
Have to believe its fake too, mainly because she's not officially the US Attorney General just yet. she was merely nominated for it. Don't think she can call herself that yet.

Or at least make a statement that any of his actions over the past several months should be investigated or ruled invalid because he wasn't of sound mind or body when signing them.

There's more to this as well.

Trump has experienced this strategy - he threatens tariffs and countries make concessions. Often he doesn't actually have to enact tariffs to get what he wants. It's just a shame that the same idiots who were bleating about tariffs last time didn't learn a damn thing.

I was paying attention, I learned.

They're just stupid.
We are seeing that play out now - Mexican President has done a 180 and pledges to stop the caravans after the tariff announcement.

This is what the Democrats do. They are obsessed with power. And sex. And they are delighted to drag anyone through the mud in order to discredit that person so they can get their power. And if they can't get their power then they get very vindictive and they want to destroy you. They are the worst people in the history of this country.

There is a legit reason for questioning whether he is the right person for the job. His admitted behavior could be a national security issue. Something that should be considered.

Just create a "real" lock box... if it was done at inception, no issues...
I remember reading an article years ago (can't remember specifics) I believe back when Gore kept saying 'lock box'. Said that SS...lock box....was nothing but paperwork, files, etc filed in a building in West Virginia. One of the many federal buildings, etc (pork) that Robert Byrd had built in the state.
