People were wildly optimistic on the new QB and for some reason forgot that our O line has steadily gotten worse the last few years.
Still, seeing us quit is hard to swallow. Stoops has lost this team and most of the fans.
I have noticed over the past few years that Stoops cannot make in game adjustments. Last night was glaring proof of that. With a 10-0 start, Freeze made an adjustment to tie it by halftime. Stoops had plenty of time to make an adjustment to offset what Auburn was now doing. Same old plays which were not working in the first half were employed in the second half.
Defense seemed to give up in the second half because they probably knew that as well. We have maybe one more win for the season (maybe).
