This is lengthy but deserves your attention. It attempts to give an academic explanation about the obvious things that we know and see about DEI but could not quantify. Suffice to say, DEI is poison and should be eradicated like a weed.

What pisses me off is that they take money from great movies like Deadpool and Wolverine and use it for DEI projects instead of reinvesting into what made them over a billion dollars. Really hoping Iger is fired sooner rather that later.
Slightly OT: we just started up a Hulu (owned by Disney) subscription.

Every other commercial is a gay themed or social engineered attempt to portray deviants in a positive light.

We canceled after 2 days.

Tariffs can be a bludgeon to extract more favorable trade terms. That is the one weapon we still have- the ability to consume. Not many countries can go for long without our markets.

Besides, at least Trump is TRYING to put us back on a more fair trade landscape. More than can be said for the uniparty bastards that have sold us out since NAFTA. I can’t see why people want to endorse the status quo. Things have to change asap.

Joe Rogan said the following to Elon: "If you buy MSNBC I would like Rachael Maddow’s job. I will wear the same outfit and glasses, and I will tell the same lies."

Some one pointed out, it would be funnier if he was Joy Rogan:

Vivek is a DOGE:

"audited the IRS & found they owed nearly $50 million. The government-wide number of employee unpaid taxes is over $1.5 billion. The hypocrisy is insane."

They have already said, if you don't show up for work 5 days a week federal employees...you gone.

It's like taking away illegals benefits. Some are going to self-deport/give up if you quit giving them free sh-t.

The government owns almost 8,000 vacant buildings:

Wasn't there an attempt to privatize SS under W? It went over like a fart in church at the time, even though they were shown how responsibly invested money would yield far more in returns than SS ever would.
There was. It wasn't explained well enough to convince those who are scared of chamge. They couldn't make them understand that the SS fund is being squandered or that the ROI with having a choice in how to invest your own money would be better and more lucrative.

Ss is the perfect example of what dems do when they get a nice advantage in dc. They create a giant boondoggle handout and agency thats a money pit but so ingrained that its impossible to get rid of.

Practically speaking, its impossible to get rid of at least until we have term limits. Thats because it will be the end of anyone who voted to end it, so even winning the vote is career suicide. Even worse, it would just put dems back in power and they would restart it and probably make 5 more things just like it.

So until those in power vote to give themselves term limits (lol) the only realistic option is to make it more efficient. That shouldn't be hard. Behind the irs, i cant imagine a more bloated and inefficient agency.
