Even if that's true, which there might be even a moderate amount of truth to, I cannot remember an election in my lifetime of two worst candidates. So, let's say Democrats did lead to the nomination of Trump, I see no way that either candidate is actually "good" for America.

A "narrative" is also what Trump supports tend to label reality so they can gaslight each other into believing the exact opposite is true. As stated, you are welcome to point out where this "narrative" is incorrect, but it's the Trump legal team alleging that overturning an election in multiple states with an alternate slate of electors is an "official" action of the executive.
