Not seeing much difference between the two criminals.
So you equate child rape with a man that dated & married supermodels being falsely accused of raping some old psycho in a department store dressing room in broad daylight 10 feet from where a cashier was working.

Ok while we’re at it, can we stop sending Ukraine hundreds of billions of dollars with little to no transparency on where it’s going? Can we stop sending cash to Iran as well?
Israel buys the arms we send, Ukraine takes and launders money we send back to the dems.

Different dynamic. Ukraine are the less powerful locals defending against imperialist aggression in that one. Obviously our involvement shouldn't involve lives over there, for a number of reasons, but if they ask for aid in finance and materiel we should definitely be considering it. Not often the left supports a war effort, but also not often there's a nakedly expansionist war in the post-WW2 era.
More BS proving you are antisemitic and not really serious about the issue.

Americans are inarguably looking inward these days. Probably unavoidably following decades of foreign policy blunders and domestic economic concerns. We've provided overwatch to basically the entire world since Bretton Woods, guaranteeing violence free shipping and assuring small nations the security that they won't gobbled up by their larger expansionist neighbors. If we abdicate that role it will go unfilled as no other country/empire has the capabilities to maintain it. The world will revert to imperial spheres of influence, like keeping supply chains in-house. And with America always wanting her sphere of influence to be the Americas, military interventions could go up in that world, not down, just in Central and South America rather than the ME, Africa, and Asia(and of course Latin America as well, not like they're exempt now, just talking volume). The rumblings exist in our discourse now, if you know where to look you can find communities pitching intervening in Mexico against the cartels today.
False.

It is all forms of sexual abuse.

To a good feminist....As I am sure you agree....all sex is rape and all men are rapist.
Only if determined in a court of law with a judge and jury of your peers....Like the Rapist in Chief.

I think there's a legitimate margin where we can criticize and disagree with Israels national policies - and certainly reevaluate HOW we support them

Without it suddenly being equated with Hitler or Stalin

Yes but rational thought doesn't win the day. So those in power know the winning argument is to reduce everything to binary.

There are no saints. Doesn't mean they're wrong in defending themselves.

We need to stop all financial support to any of these countries. Israel can more than defend themselves if we'd just get out of the way. Instead we fund all sides and demand only one side must must not fight.

You see us as a liberation force for ukraine and - the ME?

Not playing gotcha - just trying to understand
That was in response to someone asking why anyone would care about someone halfway around the planet. Not a US government mission statement. Obviously we’re not liberating Palestine, we’re supplying the bombs being dropped on them.

Educate yourself on world history. You are one of those doomed to repeat it.
"When World War II began in September 1939, ninety percent of Americans hoped the United States would stay out of the war. President Franklin D. Roosevelt faced numerous challenges as he sought to persuade both the US Congress and the American people that the country needed to prepare for war."

We either fund Ukraine now or send American boots later.

The left: let's find a worthless cuck senator from the GOP and write up a "bipartisan" border bill we know every real republican is going to hate so that we can claim the republicans shot it down.

Dude, that border bill was a piece of shit that still let 1.7M illegals in a year + an unlimited number of Haitians (literally the worst country on Earth).

Can you acknowledge with a wink or something that you know this is what happened so you can at least give us some respect while trying to gaslight us?
If it was such a terrible bill, why did the border union support it? Makes zero sense. The ONLY people buying your line of BS are the hard core MAGAts.
Most intelligent Americans saw the MAGA party purposely destroy the best border bill this country has seen in decades. Idiots.

Dionysus - you speak truth there with the looking inward

Impact of big changes post cold war and 9/11 have taken their toll on our armed forces

Deployment rates for Army/Military drastically started changing early 90s -

And a LOT of questions about what we got in return & who benefited most - plus not a lot of help? And now - ? Were the bad guys -

Dionysus - you speak truth there with the looking inward (and wrestling with identity as well) US ppl losing the self assurance and even - greater 'moral clout' fighting WW1 & WW2

The post 9/11 deployment rates and expansion of infrastructure to the former eastern bloc nations / eurasia didn't necessarily produce high combat casualty rates for the US

But -- we've also eroded the readiness of our military by overuse and over extension

Deployment rates for Army/Military drastically started changing early 90s - the # of trips to some place to stay long term - training faux military units - ignoring poppy production/heroin sourcing

We easily forget how profoundly the military was changed and repurposed (ref PNAC) after 9/11 -- its just taken for granted it'll continue to function

And now veterans are overwhelmingly directing their kids away from joining the military - so we're overextending and struggling to meet recruiting demands

Throw in PTSD, GW Syndrome & senseless discharges / mistreatment for MRNA mandates - poor VA support all to now hear hamas & hezbollah lauded --

The all volunteer and professional training/contribution of the ENLISTED force was the most unique & powerful aspect of our military really

L
As of now we’re still committed. Look at the Houthis. We bombed them immediately, no Congressional involvement, no deliberation. The one thing you cannot do on the world stage is mess with global shipping. We will end you. (That isn’t an endorsement, just a statement of fact.) We’re starting to see the glimmers though of a future where that might not always be true. What that ultimately looks like we can only speculate.

The Ukraine thing is the biggest psyop I've ever seen. Democrats and libs - who for years were always against wars - are now hellbent on fighting everywhere. It makes no sense.
Fits with their shift to authoritarianism. Going from raging aginst the machine to raging for the machine. From opposing the man to being the man. From distrust of the FBI-CIA to a slavish embrace and devotion to them.
