I finally realized it.....Dion and Bowie are the same person. The person named Dion uses a dictionary and google before he posts, and then the imposter named Bowie plagiarizes Joy Reid talking points, but their political ignorance is equal in the end.

If i remember correctly. Trump was in favor before hand of National Guard being at the event. However it was not in his purview to authorize it. That fell on either the mayor or maybe Governor of Maryland?

The leader of congress controls the deployment of the national guard with in Washington DC. That was Pelosi. She was following her Hollywood film Crew around waiting for the staged 'riots' they had already organized to start. Couldn't allow the national guard in until the dems got their pre-planned photo ops in.
My guess is that Oakland will be like East St. Louis...a city next to a bigger city...but a larger version. Heck, it may already be there. I would guess that it's already there.
