Absolutely. What are the percentages of terribly obese women these days? Has to be up there.Was waiting for somebody else to chime in first. Yeah, she's a thick gal, but Man, there's a helluva lot worse out there.
You mention many times about the 80s when things were much better in your youth. I can remember the 50s and early 60s when they were even better (imo). Couple of things I remember that is a stark difference from today (just a couple...there are hundreds or thousands). Women did not work. Or very few. Stayed home and took care of the house and kids. Two...everybody in the neighborhood went to church every Sunday. Three...didn't know anyone (maybe one) who were divorced. And four, back to the theme of yours and my posts, women (and men) were not obese. I don't remember anyone who was.
Better times. And you're right...the 80s were much better than today.
