A Justice Department inquiry launched more than two years ago to mollify conservatives clamoring for more investigations of Hillary Clinton has effectively ended with no tangible results, and current and former law enforcement officials said they never expected the effort to produce much of anything.

John Huber, the U.S. attorney in Utah, was tapped in November 2017 by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions to look into concerns raised by President Trump and his allies in Congress that the FBI had not fully pursued cases of possible corruption at the Clinton Foundation and during Clinton’s time as secretary of state, when the U.S. government decided not to block the sale of a company called Uranium One.

As a part of his review, Huber examined documents and conferred with federal law enforcement officials in Little Rock who were handling a meandering probe into the Clinton Foundation, people familiar with the matter said. Current and former officials said that Huber has largely finished and found nothing worth pursuing — though the assignment has not formally ended and no official notice has been sent to the Justice Department or to lawmakers, these people said.

You are a moron pure and simple. Our generals don't go around killing thousands of our own people. It is beyond disturbing that among our midst we have so many traitors and domestic enemies like you. Good thing for the country that my oath will keep you, Platnidumb, and a few others in this thread in line.
We kill people all over the world. Obama droned hundreds. Families. Soleimani facilitated the making of IEDs that blew up hundreds of American servicemen. Trump has authorized many strikes himself. You’re trying to play some basic good vs bad, black vs white, us vs them game. It’s not, and never has been, that simple. Assassinating a general in peacetime is never a good look, especially for a super power who likes to hold themselves up as the standard for the world and claim the moral high ground.

"One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter" has never been more apparent than it is watching the left defend Suleimani.

He fought to oppress the very people the left claims to represent. And they lionize him. All to own Trump.

Imagine this level of insanity.

Your response was putting American generals in the same light as the brutal Soleimani which aligns you with the enemy therefore making you a traitor and a domestic enemy. My enemy. Not a good look for you either.

False and your ignorance needed to believe it is astounding.

No reason!?!? The “guy” was a terrorist, he was with the Iraqi Hezbollah leader. He had orchestrated the death of an American as well as the attempted overrunning of a US embassy in the prior week.

He knows. His stupidity and un-American tendencies and even treasonous IF he were in any position to be worth a conviction. (He never will be. He's also a never wuz.)

He's too stupid to care but he should. Speaking for myself there are three or four severely demented and un-America posters here that would be at least tried if not jailed for treasonous acts IF they were relevant...they are not.....

You’ve got a strange notion of peacetime.

$9,349 on AA. If I could find a Delta fare I'd take you up on that, can always use the miles and could buy a $900 ticket back in economy and probably get upgraded anyway.
I don’t think you would qualify for the offer. You’re on record saying your a likely Trump voter next go ‘round. So don’t think you can verifiably state you’re being oppressed.

So if priests were allowed to marry women, they wouldn't diddle little boys? Understand that men become priests to make it easier to diddle little boys. They don't give two shits about a god or religion.
Wel I think it’s a little more complicated than that. Most of the accused priests were from decades ago when being gay was taboo, especially if you were being raised in a staunchly catholic household. When these guys started to mature I’m sure there was a lot of pressure from their hardline catholic parents to get married up and start having lots of babies. So many of them would join the priesthood or go into the seminaries to escape that pressure and avoid the taboo label of being gay in that day and age, yet also accepted by their parents. But obviously once they became Priests, their urges and access to youth sent many down a dark path.

I grew up catholic and I was an alter boy for many years. I was never sexually abused by any priests but I did have once have an awkward and uncomfortable encounter with one.

Sometimes I think Pelosi is being mentally raped by the radical left socialist and Islamic congresswomen. Nancy is elderly and appears to come to work inebriated but that could also be her diminishing facilities, they could be taking advantage of her. It’s wrong to exploit the elderly, let’s hope a moderate democrat is brave enough to jump out of line and stop this.

Well we’re getting off on a tangent but where in the hell do you think coaches there are getting paid $150K? I coached football there and can tell you I got $0. I know what the head coach gets. Maybe another $10-15K on top of his fairly meager teachers salary. Sorry you are way off on this one.
Not sure what the Northern Kentucky schools do but I’m pretty sure Beatty at Trinity is paid north of 100k.

I’ve criticized Obama plenty on here and you know it. Just most of the time I don’t have to, can’t go a day around here without someone typing his name.
haha, no you haven't and zero posts in his whole term from you. You are the biggest Iran deal supporter on here. Just stop. And when you were freaking out about the Kurds being "slaughtered" I specifically pushed you regarding 500k Syrians dying due to Obama fecklessness you replied it was "complicated".

I remember a couple times driving down the road in Iraq. Over there, you drove middle of the road during covoying or when traveling in secondary roads. Why? Because you feared for your GD life from IEDs.

Eff that SOB and eff any other leftist who even entertains the very idea his extermination was not a correct course of action. May he burn in fvcking hell.

Don't get me started.

Syria is. It remains so. So what would you have done to save those Syrians oh wise one? Invade Syria with American lives? Obama not acting cost lives. Obama acting would have cost lives too. It’s always complicated, just like our current situation with Iran is.

Not in Trump's wildest dreams would he have ever thought that during an election year libs and their MSM would be comparing the death of a warlord terrorist to the death of MLK, Princess Diana, and Elvis Presley...

Christ, that literally covers every key voting demographic

MLK - African American community

Princess Diana - women loved her

Elvis - blue-collar, working-class flyover country that libs lost ground in last go around...

All we need now is for one of those banshees on the View to say the funeral was reminiscent of when Selena was killed...

You should be mad at our terrible leadership who sent you into Iraq to fight their war for no reason. Not the anti-war leftists who tried to keep us out. Bernie didn’t vote for the Iraq war. A Republican administration sent you there to get blown up for nothing.
