Can someone explain to me how tracking works? Matt Jones has a tracker that’s paid by Mitch McConnell to follow him around wherever he goes and just watch him. If you are holding yourself out as a possible political candidate, and you are attending or holding public events, any other person can attend that public event. The "tracker" isn't peeking in Matt Jones' window or verbally or physically attacking him, he's just exercising his right to attend public events and recording (audio and/or video) those public events. I'm sure it can be a bit unnerving for the subject, but it's not illegal.
