0. You really can’t give up trying to be right about anything w Puerto Rico. So let’s say you Were born and raised in KY and move to Puerto Rico. You plan to live their the rest of your life. You establish residency. You won’t be able to vote in presidential elections even though you were born in the US. Are you still a citizen?

I'm sorry, do you have to own a car? You dont even have to drive one If you choose not to. No its only when you CHOOSE to drive you have to have car insurance. Show me where I said Trump didn't cheat, show it, or STFU. He may well cheat, I have never played with him, and neither have you, so neither of us knows, however, you are gullible enough to believe anything negative you hear about Trump.
