Also it was pretty damn predictable to guess some of the senators who came up with this. Gillibrand, Hirono, Durbin and Blumenthal, what a shocker those were involved.
Its amazing how you didn't hear anything about the electoral college until they lose because of it, don't hear any issues about the Supreme Court until it becomes a conservative majority. Now all of a sudden these staples in this country need to be changed or taken out completely.

like congress, SCOTUS needs an overhaul. 30 year terms expanded to 11 or 13. Gives every President the same opportunity for nominations and slightly more flexibility to voting outcomes with larger bench. We don't need half dead 100 year old ****s on the bench trying to outlive a shitty president. It would also hopefully allow a larger caseload because currently they take up almost no cases. Phase in the new additions every 2 years till filled. Add to that 2 terms to the Senate and 3 terms to the House and our broken system might finally start fixing itself.
Yeah, we need just a few more judges ruling on things that effect everyones lives. No thanks.
I think there should be some sort of age limit for the SC. I mean Ginsburg is older than dirt and probably can't even feed herself anymore, but yeah she should get to vote on major issues.
