You don’t seem to realize prices aren’t going up as all the economics majors said they would, you know why? China relies on the US economy, they don’t want manufacturers to leave. If the manufacturers prices rise, Americans can and will get the product elsewhere.
So the manufacturer, in China, lowers the price to cover for the tariff imposed by the US. Whom do you think eats that cost? China.

Chick-fil-A is a great company to work for. I would say they are the exception and not the rule however when it comes to other comparable businesses in terms of their overall culture and how they treat their employees. Plus, for fast food restaurants, it is pretty solid
With that being said, if you honestly think that liberals don’t eat there, you are an idiot. What percent of political people actually engage in a boycott for an extended period of time? I would say 1-2 percent tops. If your thinking is true, then only democrats buy Nikes because of CK and the flag thing. It’s not a matter of whether a company is Christian based or “secular” based. There are Christian based companies that treat their workers poorly and there are secular based companies that treat their workers great. It’s the same with people. I know some “Christians” that are some of the most awful people I know and I have friends that haven’t stepped foot in a church in 20+ years that would do anything for anyone at the drop of a hat
i don’t think it matters how they treat their employees as long as there is mutual agreement what’s the problem. If there’s a real issue it can be settled in court
