2) Does the penalty double or triple because it involved race, homophobia AND political affiliation?
3) Is the penalty greater because the hoaxer goes on national TV to perpetuate and intensify the crime that didn't happen? I mean a local hoax situation, while still harmful, isn't nearly as destructive as one forced onto the national stage by the hoaxer themselves.
4) This one will never get answered I am afraid...but I wonder if Jussie came up with this by himself for egotistical reasons (publicity, sympathy, to further his career, to gain status in the dem party, etc...) or if he was outright paid to do so by someone else???

Fact is, almost all in recent years have turned out to be hoaxes or misreported (intentionally) to further an agenda.
