I wonder if people understand that even if it is not a VIP being carried, if an Air Force or any other military aircraft has a light out on their read outs, a warning light on or anything else no matter how trivial it may be including weather, they most likely will not fly that craft unless in combat situations. I have spent 3-5 days waiting on C5's, C17's, and other aircraft that were supposed to come pick up troops not show up until days later for similar reasons. We had a C5 stuck on a runway at the Lawton Oklahoma airport simply because a K-loader bumped it a little harder than normal. No visual damage but, the pilots made the call to have aircraft structural experts come to Lawton to inspect the craft for flight.

Acosta has no grounds for a suit. CNN can still send a reporter there, it just can't be Jim. He was kicked out for his personal deportment, there is video tape evidence that he absolutely disrespected the President and used his strength to prevent an aide from doing her job. She should sue Acosta. That's gotta be some kind of tort.
