The entire system needs an overhaul. I get voter registration cards in the mail every election cycle and I'm not a citizen. I wouldn't characterize that as fraud, but it points to a breakdown in the process.

Supposedly, from pool reports, Haley told Trump six months ago she planned to leave at the end of the year because she needed a break/wanted to be closer to family. One thing to note is that she didn't uproot and move her family to DC, so she's been away from them most of the entire time.
She's staying on through the mid terms and is welcomed back in any capacity at a later date if that's what she decides.
