Quit posting pictures of that ****ing traitor on this board. I never wanna see his face again.

My post was relevant b/c so much of the of the media was talking about possible Trump campaign violations after the Cohen news today. Furthermore, I will post whatever I want.

Honest question for the people on the left here. Honestly what has Trump done that has made you all so freaking volatile? He says stupid crap on Twitter, sure I get that. But he hasn't tanked the economy, it's still been growing strong, i give credit to Obama for this as well but Trump has kept it going if not bumped up the growth. He hasn't pushed back or taken away any gay rights or anything like that. Black and minority jobs are at an all time high.

Ya I get it, he's not presidential. But people like Bill Maher and many on here seem to just be looking for any thing to point to for a reason to claim the world is ending. Therefore basically asking for a recession just to get rid of him. My god get a grip, I guarantee your day to day life hasn't changed enough (maybe you saved some money during tax season) for you to openly root for this country to fail, just so you can say you were right and you get the guy you wanted in as president again.

Don't say it's just Trump either, ICE is now the SS, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are white supremacists and so much more. Actors can't come out and say they think a conservative is a good dude on Twitter, just saw a gay dude from Queer Eye is getting backlash for saying not all conservatives are racists. You have big time politicians telling people not to allow Republicans to enjoy themselves out in public. People on the left can't say anything positive or even neutral about conservatives.

Now it's the end of the presidency because Trump paid 130k to pay off sleeping with a porn star. 130k campaign finance law is the definite no no in politics now? You really think that had any effect on the election? You really think he's the first politician on either side to do something like this?

The overreaction to this stuff is pretty nauseating. If it comes out Trump worked with Putin to win the election, I will say impeach him. But everyone on the left have just become the boy who cried wolf, it's sad. Rant over.

That's cool. You could always just type out what they were saying though.

I personally dont wanna see his face ever again so if you keep posting pictures of him I'll just block you. I don't give a shit either way.

We are vacationing in Hood River, Oregon this week. There was thick smoke from my home in East Idaho all the way over here to the Columbia River Gourge caused by Wild fires.

Asked the hotel people about a good place to check out in Portland. They said “there are none”. When pressed, they suggested the Pearl district may still be acceptable.

Bull f****** shit. it was a shit hole. The entire f****** city is a shithole. Homeless encampments, homeless everywhere! Trash piles, druggies, graffiti, just a depressing, filfthy, unsafe place.

This is the result of unchecked liberal politics.

Now compare this to downtown Boise. Clean, respectable working professionals, commerce, and a Feeling of safety. Boise has a dem mayor, but all state politicians are republican.

Not going to type out something when I can just link it. The ‘keep posting pictures of him’ comment is odd, you act like I post pics of him all the time. If you need a safe space, I would advice blocking me.

Shit if you wanna throw out that safe space bullshit you're not worth my time. I'll just block your dumbass

To point out how badly people are jumping the gun Cohen pleading guilty doesn't mean the campaign violation is criminal. This hasn't been to trial. It could easily end up being a civil matter.

For it to be criminal they would first have to prove that it's a violation by proving the payment was solely made for campaign activity and that there wasn't a secondary reason. That's what the law requires. Any evidence of a legit secondary reason for the payment negates the violation. For example something like wanting to keep a mistress silent so your wife doesn't find out.

Then on top of that they would have to prove that it was knowingly and willfully violated. Even if they prove the first without proving the second of knowing and willful then it's not criminal and is a simple civil matter. If it's a civil matter below is what you should expect..

Based on what President Donald Trump hears on television about the Federal Election Commission, the nation’s cable news consumer-in-chief must be panicked.

TV talkers squawk about how the independent government agency is poised to pounce. Their contention: A $130,000 hush-money payment in October 2016 from Trump lawyer Michael Cohen to porn actress and alleged Trump paramour Stormy Daniels could constitute an illegal in-kind campaign contribution to Trump’s presidential campaign — one that exceeds federal limits ($2,700 per election) and wasn’t properly disclosed.

Trump, however, has little cause to fear the FEC anytime soon, even if the agency, created by Congress in response to Watergate, is empowered to enforce federal campaign finance laws.

Here’s why:

Complicated FEC investigations often take years

Don’t be shocked if the FEC doesn’t rule on the complaint until after the 2020 presidential election, when it’s conceivable Trump is no longer president.

At FEC, thorny issues often equal ideological gridlock

There’s little expectation among more than a dozen campaign finance lawyers and former commissioners interviewed this week by the
Center for Public Integrity that the FEC will ever agree that Trump, or his campaign, violated a campaign finance law in connection with the Daniels payment.

“It’s hard to see why any candidate who is familiar with the last decade’s worth of FEC inaction would be concerned about FEC enforcement,” said Adav Noti, chief of staff for nonpartisan campaign reform group Campaign Legal Center who until last year served as the FEC’s associate general counsel for policy.

Trump all but immune to FEC penalties

The FEC is a law enforcement agency, but a civil law enforcement agency. It doles out penalties in the form of fines and, secondarily, public shame.

Trump is a billionaire who could pay any FEC fine — almost all fall within the four- to five-figure range — with what for him amounts to pocket change.

And a notable apology from October 2016 notwithstanding, Trump doesn’t shame easily.

Say the FEC did fine Trump.

There’s the very real possibility he’d simply ignore it.

The Center for Public Integrity in October found more than 160 examples of political candidates and committees never paying fines the FEC levied on them.

In almost all cases, the federal government did little to collect the fines or otherwise pursue the matters.

Haha. I don’t know how people so sensitive, who throw little fits over seeing a picture of a political enemy go through normal everyday life or even turn on the tv...my god dude, grow up.

It's what the left does..they go absolutely hysterical about everything...they would be acting 100% exactly the same if Romney was president.

Given that (a) those who lack empathy are able to do whatever it takes to make the most money, (b) studies have shown that immense wealth kills empathy, and (c) money translates directly into political power, it is only natural that we now find ourselves ruled by sociopaths. ---- C Johnstone

So Bill Clinton's lawyer is the one convincing Cohen to say all this and you lunatics on the left believe it all?

Hmm the Clinton's and Soros with a direct pipeline to the person claiming Trump committed crimes*.

Maybe Trump should hire a special counsel to raid Clinton's lawyer who is convincing Cohen to say these things' office so they can go on a fishing expedition.

thats how special prosecutors work by design. did Monica have anything to do with whitewater?

This is some revisionist history if Ive ever seen any. You act like the only thing to come out of Whitewater was Lewinsky.

Let me refresh your memory. Starr convicted 15 people. Notably Clinton's two business partners in Whitewater Jim and Susan McDougal. Clinton's good friend/top DOJ official Webster Hubbell. The sitting governor of Clinton's home state Jim Guy Tucker. Most all of those convictions were for crimes directly connected to the actual primary mandate.

We've seen nothing of the sort from this is investigation. Not a single Trump campaign member or a single American for that matter has been convicted for crimes connected to colluding with Russians or conspiring with Russians or meddling in the 2016 election. Every single Mueller conviction that involves an American is a "Lewinsky" that has absolutely nothing to do with the Mueller's main mandate of Russian election meddling and Russian collusion.

He's already has to admit Cohen told a lie about Trump. Months ago Cohen said Trump knew nothing of the Don Junior meeting. Then a few weeks ago Cohen said Trump knew of the meeting in advance.

Saying this raised red flags because he testified to the opposite so he was dragged back in front of the Senate judiciary. His lawyer admitted that there wasn't any new information and Cohen stood by his earlier statement that Trumpo didn't know in advance. After the Senate judiciary news conference last night outing this Cohen's lawyer was also forced to admit on CNN.

People seem to be up in arms about some girl being murdered by an illegal immigrant. Impeach Trump.

With all the shootings in Chicago over the weekend, some tax fraud, Clinton's lawyers telling Cohen to make claims about Trump and a girl getting murdered by an illegal immigrant, I'm not sure how Trump survives this week of Russian Collusion proof.

My interest is what deal did Cohen make with Soros to agree to this?

Lanny Davis is the lawyer. Are we in the Bizarro world?

Most of you are too young for the reference, but Strange Brew, the lawyers hired for the McKenzie brothers.

I posted about this earlier. Cohen pleaded guilty to a criminal version without knowing. Him being dumb and his guilty plea doesn't mean it's criminal. It would have to go to trial first to know. It could easily end up being a civil matter.

For it to be criminal they would first have to prove that it's actually violation by proving the payment was solely made for campaign activity and that there wasn't a secondary reason. That's what the law requires. Evidence of a secondary reason for the payment possible negates the violation. For example something like wanting to keep a mistress silent so your wife doesn't find out. That's something totally separate from the campaign.

Then on top of that they would have to prove that it was knowingly and willfully violated. If they prove the first that it is a violation without proving the second of knowing and willful then it's not criminal and is a simple civil matter. Imo the first step is going to be harder to prove than than second step.

You can tell the left really opened the check books and authorized extra spending on trolls this evening.

The usual left residents posting as fast as their fingers can type. And new accounts that never posted before spring out of nowhere.

I can only imagine what Reddit, Twitter, etc look like tonight.
It is like those dipshits that only come to the BB and FB boards after losses so they can take shots, only worse. These losers bring vox idiocy and plenty of memes.

Ocasio-Cortezis is sad that a local diner she likes to go to and used to work at had to close down. It either goes over her head or she's purposely ignoring the reason they were forced to shut down is because of the policies she supports and is pushing.

"The restaurant announced in July that it was closing, and cited the increased rent and minimum wage as some of the attributing factors.

“The times have changed in our industry. The rents are very high and now the minimum wage is going up and we have a huge number of employees” one of The Coffee Shop’s co-founders, Charles Milite, told The New York Post.

Ocasio-Cortez has campaigned on more than doubling the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, in addition to full healthcare and child and sick leave for all, a policy that can stifle economic growth and lead to massive layoffs.

“Ocasio-Cortez’s desired ‘living wage’ of $15 an hour has been a living hell for many small business owners in New York, who’ve been unable to offset the cost through higher prices,” Employment Policies Institute Managing Director Michael Saltsman told The Washington Free Beacon. “It’s fine to mourn the impending closure of your former employer — it’s better to understand the misguided minimum-wage mandates that contributed to that closure.”

Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign did not immediately return a request for comment."

To show the type of legal advice Cohen is getting. Just read where Lanny Davis said Cohen will refuse a pardon if Trump offered one.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...ial-guilty-russia-investigation-a8502451.html

Michael Cohen's lawyer says he will not accept pardon from 'criminal' Donald Trump

As one of the comments on that article reference, why accept a pardon from Trump* when bringing down Trump with lies means you'll be pardoned by the next Democrat POTUS anyway and financially set for life.

*Has there been any indication at all that Trump is even considering a pardon other than lefties making things up?
